...in which Mum and Stepdad [usually referred to as Pratface] announce that they are moving to France, but come back from their preliminary expedition because "it's too cold." Nothing at all to do with Pratface's prejudice against the french, and their joint inability to speak the language, then. Next they check out Scotland, but come back because "it's too hot."
Friends name their baby Freddie, after A Nightmare on Elm Street.
I spend the year trying to work out who the hell I am.

Stuart · October 06, 2003 16:30I don't remember them venturing to Scotland, although I do recall the France debacle. They fell for the Linguaphone ads promising they could learn a language in just days, or weeks, or something. It's hard now to beleive they ever even considered it.
