This year I made some sort of vague promise to myself about getting various jobs done around the place. I made a schedule and everything. By the beginning of February, I had overseen the kitchen fridge project, and yesterday’s work in the garden was the second item on the list.
My next project, to be completed by the end of May, is to replace the glass in the internal doors with safety glass, and get a new front door. The current front door is draughty, and it sticks. Doors, however, are expensive, and I think we probably need someone to install it for us. I did have a quote somewhere, so I suppose the first step is to dig that out of the file.
It’s cool to have two ticks on my list already.
