Mike has had a big idea.

In short, if you can’t be bothered to click the link, which you should: the UK Blogosphere^[1] is invited to nominate their own funniest post for inclusion in a book, to be sold to raise money for Comic Relief.

I have spent the morning trawling my archives instead of working, but even though I sometimes find myself hilarious, it seems to me that most posts on Rise and Uborka are only funny in context, or in the comments. But of course I will submit something; how could I not? And you should do the same.
